South Beach Wine and Food Festival, Miami Events and Happenings

The South Beach Wine and Food Festival hit Miami from February 21st to the 24th. As every year, this Miami event and festival was a complete success featuring the best of food and wine in the world. Personally, I love food so this was a good opportunity to try some dishes prepared by the best chefs in the U.S. Also, the South Beach Wine and Food Festival has the participation of some of the most upscale restaurants in South Beach such as the very exclusive The Forge, which by the way was serving mini fish hamburgers to die for. Of course TV personalities were an important part of the Miami event. My favorites Rachel Grey and the charismatic Jamie Oliver were among the TV chefs of The Food Network Channel participating in the event. This annual event in Miami will be back on 2009, so if you are planning to come to Miami Florida to attend this event, it is highly advised to start to make your plans with enough time.
