McCain outlines his foreign policy goals in L.A. speech
If elected president, the Arizona senator says he would push to create a league of democracies. He also maintains his support for the Iraq war, and criticizes Iran and Russia. In a broad-ranging foreign policy speech, Sen. John McCain pledged today that, if elected, his administration's foreign policy would be based on cooperation with U.S. allies and he called for a league of democracies that could build "an enduring peace."
