Benjamin: Troopergate prober urges nixing Eliot's exec privilege
Albany County District Attorney David Soares called on Gov. Paterson Tuesday to waive ex-Gov. Eliot Spitzer's executive privilege so all documents and testimony tied to the Troopergate scandal can be publicly released.
